Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, facilitate, execute, optimize, assess, and measure enablement programs for the sales organization
- Assist in onboarding, training, and ongoing education for sales and business development
- Manage sales processes, policies, and training materials
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Experience with value-based methodologies and facilitation
- Experience delivering a Sales Kick-Off (SKO) and measuring enablement success metrics
- Proficiency in specific tools such as Lessonly, Salesforce.com, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- 2-3 years of sales and enablement experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
