Job Summary

Owning end-to-end project management and advanced training facilitation, the full-time Sales Enablement Strategist will manage enablement projects, lead training sessions for experienced sales representatives and leadership, and oversee content creation and program support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own projects from scoping through launch, utilizing frameworks like RASCI to manage timelines and stakeholder collaboration
  • Facilitate engaging and advanced sales training sessions for both veteran representatives and leadership audiences
  • Manage ongoing content creation and program support, including measuring training effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated sales acumen with the ability to reference past sales experience in training
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with frameworks like RASCI
  • Proficient knowledge of Yelp Ads and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Engaging presentation skills and confidence in public speaking to diverse audiences
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to implement constructive feedback
