Job Summary
Owning end-to-end project management and advanced training facilitation, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Strategist will lead enablement projects, conduct advanced sales training for experienced teams, and manage content lifecycle for assigned programs.
Key responsibilities
- Own projects from scoping to launch, utilizing frameworks like RASCI to define roles and responsibilities
- Facilitate ongoing advanced training sessions for veteran sales representatives and leadership audiences
- Manage content creation and administration of learning programs, ensuring effective training delivery and measurement of effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated sales acumen with experience in training experienced sales professionals
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to execute projects using frameworks like RASCI
- Proficient in Yelp Ads and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Engaging presenter with strong public speaking skills in virtual environments
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to implement feedback constructively
