Job Summary
To support the Global Sales Enablement team, the full-time remote Global Sales Enablement Systems Administrator will manage day-to-day administration, maintenance, and improvement of seller enablement platforms, serving as the primary point of contact for technical support and collaborating on new builds.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day platform administration, including user provisioning, content management, and system hygiene
- Resolve support tickets and act as the first line of support for technical and access issues
- Build and maintain dashboards and data workflows for reporting and operational decision-making
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, technical operations, or a related role
- Experience with system user management and user access provisioning
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with Google Sheets or similar tools
- Foundational data literacy, including reading reports and interpreting data structures
