Job Summary

As the first dedicated Sales Enablement & Training Manager in a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive sales training program, transforming enterprise Account Executives into knowledgeable construction industry sellers while building scalable enablement systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and operationalize the company's first formal sales enablement program, including onboarding and certification frameworks
  • Develop curricula and training systems that enhance the construction expertise of sales representatives, utilizing AI tools for content production and training delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create sales playbooks and ensure consistent messaging aligned with buyer personas and enterprise methodologies
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience as a teacher and coach, with a strong track record of developing individuals from beginner to credible expertise
  • Demonstrated learning agility, with the ability to quickly master complex domains and translate that knowledge into training
  • Fluency with modern AI tools for building interactive and scalable training solutions
  • Solid understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS sales processes and familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, sales training, or enablement, ideally with a background in enterprise selling or coaching
