Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global sales enablement strategy aligned to revenue generation and business growth objectives
- Oversee product and solution enablement, ensuring consistent messaging and execution across all product areas
- Establish a structured global go-to-market readiness model to prepare Sales for product launches
Required Qualifications
- 8 - 10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or go-to-market strategy
- 5 - 8 years of supervisory experience leading cross-functional teams at a senior leadership level
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, IoT, or similar industries
- Strong understanding of value-based selling and customer lifecycle enablement
- Familiarity with sales technology stacks and leveraging AI for enablement delivery
