Job Summary

Serving as the technical bridge between prospective customers and internal teams, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will collaborate with Account Directors to evaluate the platform, design tailored solutions, and guide opportunities from discovery through implementation planning.

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with Account Directors to understand customer objectives and operational challenges throughout the sales cycle
  • Lead discovery sessions and product demonstrations to help prospective customers assess the platform and services
  • Collaborate with customers to define business requirements and design solutions that align with their strategic goals
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences
  • Experience leading discovery sessions and solution design discussions with enterprise customers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
