Job Summary

To drive growth in the Asia-Pacific region, the full-time remote Sales Engineer, APAC will manage pre-sales technical discussions, execute proofs of concept, and oversee customer success for enterprise accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead technical discussions and product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs
  • Own the success and growth of assigned Asia-Pacific enterprise accounts, creating success plans with clear KPIs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to understand and address customer needs
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in pre-sales technical roles with enterprise customers
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or post-sale technical roles
  • Hands-on technical background in software engineering, data science, or equivalent
  • Deep familiarity with package managers (npm or PyPI) and programming ecosystems (JavaScript or Python)
  • Understanding of software supply chain security and vulnerability management concepts
