Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer to support the sale of Optical Networking equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary technical resource during the pre-sales phase, engaging with customers to understand their business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with customers and product line management to design networking solutions that address their specific requirements
  • Provide post-sales technical support and serve as an escalation point for customers, ensuring smooth implementation and resolution of any technical issues
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8+ years experience in pre-sales engineering or technical sales support roles, with direct experience in Optical networks
  • Additional knowledge of L2 and L3 applications is a plus
  • Proactive, independent, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles in a remote environment
