Sales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer to engage customers and provide technical product support for their software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert in the SafeSend Suite and provide technical product advice and demonstrations
• Partner with sales representatives to support pre and post-sales activities and enhance customer adoption
• Assist in creating customer-facing content and provide internal training on the SafeSend Returns product

Required Qualifications

• Experience in presenting and delivering technical demonstrations
• Knowledge of the Public Accounting space and professional tax preparation is preferred
• Experience with cloud-based technology is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively across different teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
