Key Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to provide technical expertise on APIs and integration strategies
Design scalable solutions connecting APIs with customer platforms and workflows
Lead onboarding projects and troubleshoot integration challenges for enterprise customers

Required Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role within SaaS, e-commerce, or API-driven platforms
Strong knowledge of APIs and integration patterns
Deep fluency in e-commerce technology ecosystems, especially Shopify
Proven ability to advise on storefront architecture and scaling strategies
Strong project management skills to oversee onboarding timelines and deliverables
