Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer to serve as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with AEs and CSMs to understand customer needs and demonstrate the platform
  • Own and refine the demo environment, showcasing the latest features and use cases
  • Translate product specifications into customer-ready language and support RFPs and pilots
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a Sales Engineering, Sales, or Implementation role at a SaaS company
  • Ability to communicate technical product stories effectively to various stakeholders
  • Experience in supporting sales cycles, particularly in discovery and technical demo stages
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered tools, APIs, and enterprise integrations
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work with minimal oversight
