Sales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Sales Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in discussions and discovery sessions with clients to understand their business challenges and technical needs
• Assess and document clients' current infrastructure and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities
• Create tailored managed services solutions and present engaging proposals that communicate value and technical strategy

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in IT related field preferred
• 5+ years of technical support experience in an MSP environment
• Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems
• Extensive experience designing cloud solutions (O365, Azure, etc.)
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
