Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Engineer to support its growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, implement, and iterate on processes to support the Sales function and achieve revenue targets
- Drive product activation during trials and assist the sales team in closing new business
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customer support queries during the trial process
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support role at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers
- Experience in identifying prospect pain points and influencing their requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering is preferred
