Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer to assist in pre-sales activities and provide technical expertise to prospects and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and desired outcomes
  • Build and present product demos showcasing AI solutions and features
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to refine requirements and influence product roadmaps
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in a B2B software environment
  • Strong understanding of customer service and experience tools, including CRMs and AI
  • Knowledge of webhooks, REST APIs, and integration patterns
  • Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript is preferred
  • Business expertise in customer experience trends and best practices
