Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex technical challenges and provide proof of concept support
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact on sales outcomes
• Maintain deep customer relationships and present complex information clearly during meetings

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on coding ability in JavaScript and HTML/CSS
• Proven experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
• Experience building technical artifacts like serverless functions and automation scripts
• Ability to guide technical and non-technical stakeholders through tradeoffs
• Some customer-facing experience in pre-sales or technical consulting
