Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer - SMB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead technical product lead for SMB accounts throughout the sales process
  • Partner with Account Executives to demonstrate how the company's products can solve customer problems and meet technical requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights


Required Qualifications
  • A strong sense of customer empathy
  • A background combining business experience, sales experience, and technical acumen
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts
  • Knowledge of web services, APIs, and related standards such as HTTP and REST
  • Knowledge of mobile and web application architecture specific to interfacing with API platforms
