Sales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Sales Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical backbone for pre-sales activities, ensuring understanding of how solutions fit into client infrastructures
• Draft technical sections of RFIs and RFPs, maintaining a central repository of standard answers and security positions
• Document workflow requirements and assist in designing demo environments and technical enablement materials

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or technical support role with enterprise software
• Hands-on experience in healthcare IT or regulated enterprise environments
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience writing precise technical documentation and proposal content
• Understanding of core security and compliance concepts, including HIPAA in cloud-based solutions
