Sales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer I to support the Sales team with technical knowledge and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical demonstrations and web demos to end-users and integrators
• Host educational sessions for Integrators on Ignition features
• Assist customers with technical questionnaires and RFPs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or 4 years of programming/database experience
• Certifications in programming, cloud infrastructure, or networking with 2 years of experience
• Experience with Ignition and familiarity with its modules and architectures
• Ability to provide basic technical demonstrations
