Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Engineer (CEE).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop technical demonstrations of software for prospects and customers
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide support
- Solicit client feedback and evaluate data to create new sales and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Presales/Sales Consulting role with HCM Enterprise solutions
- Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst with HR systems expertise
- Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including HR, Payroll, and Recruiting
- Strong presentation skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers
- Self-starter with a curious mindset and resourceful approach
