Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer (CEE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and develop technical demonstrations of software for prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide support
  • Solicit client feedback and evaluate data to create new sales and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a Presales/Sales Consulting role with HCM Enterprise solutions
  • Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst with HR systems expertise
  • Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including HR, Payroll, and Recruiting
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers
  • Self-starter with a curious mindset and resourceful approach
