Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer 3 responsible for designing and implementing complex data network and voice solutions for business class customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support and problem resolution for field service questions
• Support the sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects
• Design solutions that meet customer business applications, ensuring appropriate circuit design and bandwidth for future growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• In-depth experience and knowledge in the field
• Ability to translate complex technical design requirements into understandable information for customers
• Experience as a Subject Matter Expert on Business Class products
