Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer to support the technical aspects of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer requirements and integration needs
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align platform capabilities with business outcomes
  • Document technical requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions to Customer Success
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales role within a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of cloud software architecture, REST APIs, and integration patterns
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Hands-on experience with scripting or coding (Python or JavaScript) for demos or integrations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) is preferred
