Job Summary
Sales Engineer is a full-time position responsible for serving as the primary technical expert during the sales cycle, collaborating with Sales to design client integrations, and ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions and validate client integrations during the sales process
- Troubleshoot implementation issues related to data flow and reporting accuracy
- Document best practices and technical solutions for internal teams and clients
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a technical, client-facing role (Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Account Management)
- Strong understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape
- Hands-on experience with tracking technologies (pixels, SDKs, APIs)
- Proficiency in debugging and data validation tools
- Experience using AI tools for technical research and documentation
