Job Summary
Sales Engineer, responsible for providing technical education and support to SMB clients in a full-time remote role, focusing on pre-sales activities and collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product demonstrations and discussions to address customer challenges
- Craft technical content for customer implementation and support Proof of Concepts
- Collaborate with account teams to translate customer requirements into business value
Required Qualifications
- Prior technical experience in roles such as Software Development, TAM, or Solutions Architect
- Hands-on experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Familiarity with web APIs, SDKs, and scripting languages like Python, JS, or Golang
- Knowledge of source control managers such as GitLab or Bitbucket
