Job Summary

Sales Engineer, responsible for providing technical education and support to SMB clients in a full-time remote role, focusing on pre-sales activities and collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product demonstrations and discussions to address customer challenges
  • Craft technical content for customer implementation and support Proof of Concepts
  • Collaborate with account teams to translate customer requirements into business value
Required Qualifications
  • Prior technical experience in roles such as Software Development, TAM, or Solutions Architect
  • Hands-on experience in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with web APIs, SDKs, and scripting languages like Python, JS, or Golang
  • Knowledge of source control managers such as GitLab or Bitbucket
