Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical expert during the pre-sales process, the fully remote Sales Engineer will partner closely with Sales and Product teams to demonstrate how the assessment administration platform addresses complex customer challenges.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert on the assessment administration platform, covering features, workflows, and integrations
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle to support technical evaluations
  • Design, configure, and deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud-based applications, APIs, integrations, and SSO technologies
  • Strong presentation, demo delivery, customer discovery, and technical communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance
