Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical expert in a fully remote capacity, the Sales Engineer will partner with Sales and Product teams to deliver customized product demonstrations and support technical evaluations for a secure assessment administration platform.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert on the assessment administration platform, including features and integrations
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle to support technical evaluations
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and operational challenges
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud-based applications, APIs, and integrations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance
