Job Summary
Partnering with Sales in driving technical success, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will support mid-market and enterprise sales opportunities, lead technical discovery, and deliver product demonstrations in Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer OT/ICS environments and design solution architectures
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and support proof-of-concept deployments
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the buying journey and assist with deal strategy
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar technical role
- Hands-on experience with OT, ICS, or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and Linux/Unix-based systems
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers through technical evaluations
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
