Job Summary

Partnering with Sales in driving technical success, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will support mid-market and enterprise sales opportunities, lead technical discovery, and deliver product demonstrations in Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical discovery to understand customer OT/ICS environments and design solution architectures
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and support proof-of-concept deployments
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the buying journey and assist with deal strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar technical role
  • Hands-on experience with OT, ICS, or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and Linux/Unix-based systems
  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers through technical evaluations
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
