Job Summary
Acting as a technical trusted advisor, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will provide consultative support and tailored product demonstrations to organizations in the South East Asia region, while aligning JumpCloud solutions to customer challenges and assisting with trial setups.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consultative support and technical expertise during the evaluation of the JumpCloud platform
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and assist prospects with setup and configuration of free trials
- Build relationships with partners through technical enablement and support direct and partner sales teams
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a technical Sales Engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Cloud/SaaS technologies and Active Directory environments
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and industry-standard authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OIDC/OAuth)
- Familiarity with MDM, RMM, or similar endpoint solutions
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate in local languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese
