Job Summary
Owning the technical side of the pre-sales process, the remote Sales Engineer will lead discovery conversations, design tailored solutions for multi-location clients, and collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery conversations and translate client needs into tailored platform demos and solution proposals
- Design and propose solutions, including integrations and custom workflows for complex enterprise clients
- Surface client feedback and marketing trends as actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years in a client-facing role at a B2B SaaS company, such as Solutions Engineer or Marketing Technology Lead
- Experience serving multi-location brands, franchise systems, or agencies managing clients at scale
- Hands-on familiarity with digital marketing ecosystems, including ad platforms and analytics
- Experience implementing software solutions across teams or locations
- Comfortable presenting to executives and simplifying complex workflows for operational teams
