Job Summary

As a key customer-facing technologist, the full-time Sales Engineer will partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements, prepare and deliver technical presentations, and lead proof-of-concept trials for Menlo Security's solutions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and map customer initiatives and business problems to Menlo Security solutions
  • Establish and nurture relationships and technical champions within customer accounts
  • Develop and present tailored customer presentations at various organizational levels within enterprise customers
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a sales engineering or customer-facing technical role in CDN, security, networking, or SaaS
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently
  • Strong communication, written, and presentation skills
  • Highly driven individuals who are curious, team players, and work with a sense of urgency
