Job Summary
Supporting the pre-sales lifecycle from technical discovery to product demonstrations, the full-time Associate Sales Engineer will work remotely in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area, collaborating with sales teams and developing expertise in Infoblox's networking and security solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Support and lead Proof-of-Concept/Value engagements for Infoblox solutions
- Conduct customer discovery to identify requirements and map them to Infoblox's offerings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within a technology organization
- Genuine interest in networking, cybersecurity, and/or cloud technologies
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (DDI)
- Practical AI fluency and confident use of AI-assisted tools for technical analysis and solution design
