Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Sales Engineer, the candidate will provide pre- and post-sales support for NetApp products and services, collaborating with sales teams and channel partners to address technical inquiries and deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Support channel partners and direct sales teams by responding to pre- and post-sales technical questions and providing product information
  • Utilize NetApp expertise to assist partners and customers in deploying hybrid cloud environments
  • Conduct remote presentations and demonstrations of complex products and solutions while generating reports and proposals for channel partners
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • Multiple years of experience in a sales organization as a systems engineer or similar role
  • Preference for candidates with AWS, Azure, or GCP foundational certifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical specifications for data center-based products and services
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective client management abilities
