Job Summary
To support the Presales team, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will lead discovery calls, deliver impactful demos, and craft innovative responses to RFIs and RFPs, acting as a trusted advisor in customer service automation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own discovery calls and technical deep dives to identify customer pain points and opportunities
- Deliver customized demos and presentations that highlight exceptional customer experience
- Design and execute proof-of-value projects to demonstrate real-world value and accelerate deal velocity
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture roles
- 5+ years of contact center experience with familiarity in the CCaaS landscape
- Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills
- Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or low-code automation platforms
- Bachelor's degree in a related technology field; MBA preferred
