Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical advisor, the full-time Sales Engineer will align solutions with customer business goals across networking, software, and cloud while collaborating with sales teams to craft tailored solutions and communicate the value of services offered.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead analysis of customer business needs and develop solution strategies based on their technology environment
  • Prepare technical proposals and presentations, effectively communicating the business value and ROI of services
  • Participate in market engagement events and provide training on services and technology to internal and external groups
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field preferred
  • Minimum of seven years' experience in technology engineering, pre-sales, or equivalent roles
  • At least one technology domain certification preferred (e.g., CCNA, AWS Solutions Associate)
  • Broad understanding of IT concepts and experience in networking, software, cloud, or security domains
  • Proficient in delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
