Job Summary

To drive new client acquisitions and revenue growth, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will manage the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing deals with hospitals and health systems across the US.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, and contract execution
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, account-based marketing, and strategic outreach
  • Maintain sales operational excellence by tracking pipeline health and providing market insights to leadership
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare B2B sales, particularly with hospitals and health systems
  • Proven negotiation skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to articulate value to top-tier decision-makers
  • Ability to take ownership of obstacles in the sales process and leverage organizational resources as needed
  • Experience using technology and AI tools to enhance sales strategies and prospecting efforts
