Job Summary
Partnering closely with Sales Account Teams, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will demonstrate the technical capabilities of the Pantheon platform, lead product demonstrations, and act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers to drive revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and technical presentations that communicate technical value and business impact
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and technical environments while resolving technical blockers throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer teams to influence platform direction and enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of Sales Engineering or equivalent customer-facing technical experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with web infrastructure and modern web platforms, particularly Drupal, WordPress, or Next.js
- Strong technical curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value
