Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical expert during the pre-sales process, the fully remote Sales Engineer will partner with Sales and Product teams to demonstrate the assessment administration platform's capabilities, addressing complex customer challenges in testing and certification.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a technical subject matter expert on the assessment administration platform, including its features and integrations
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to support technical evaluations throughout the pre-sales lifecycle
- Design and deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud-based applications, APIs, integrations, and SSO technologies
- Strong skills in presentation, demo delivery, and customer discovery
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance
