Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical expert in a fully remote capacity, the Sales Engineer will partner with Sales and Product teams to demonstrate the assessment administration platform and address complex customer testing challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a technical subject matter expert on the assessment administration platform, including features and integrations
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams during the pre-sales lifecycle to facilitate technical evaluations
- Design and deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases and lead technical discovery sessions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud-based applications, APIs, integrations, and SSO technologies
- Strong skills in presentation, demo delivery, customer discovery, and technical communication
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance
