Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Sales Engineer, the candidate will collaborate with the Presales team to conduct discovery calls, deliver impactful demos, and craft innovative responses to RFIs and RFPs while acting as a trusted advisor in customer service automation solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead discovery calls and technical deep dives to identify customer pain points and opportunities
  • Deliver customized demos and presentations that illustrate exceptional customer experience
  • Design and execute proof-of-value initiatives to demonstrate real-world value and accelerate deal velocity
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture roles with complex enterprise software sales experience
  • 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience
  • 5+ years of contact center experience with familiarity in the CCaaS landscape
  • Proven track record of delivering best-in-class solutions with strong work examples
  • Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills with experience in conversational AI or low-code automation platforms
