Job Summary
Serving as a technical partner to customers and internal teams, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will help demonstrate Ethena's platform, build tailored proposals, and maintain demo environments while collaborating closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with AEs and CSMs during the sales cycle to understand customer needs and demonstrate Ethena's platform
- Maintain and refine the Ethena demo environment to showcase the latest features and use cases
- Translate product specifications into customer-ready language and create sales-ready assets
Required qualifications
- Some experience in a Sales Engineering, Sales, Implementation, or technical customer-facing role at a SaaS company
- Ability to effectively communicate technical product stories to HR, IT, Security, and Legal stakeholders
- Exposure to the discovery and technical demo stages of a sales cycle
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools, APIs, and enterprise integrations
- A self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
