Job Summary

Partnering with experienced sales professionals, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will focus on delivering business results, enhancing customer relationships, and promoting innovative products while managing a territory in West China.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver annual business results aligned with the sales plan, focusing on growth and maintaining existing business
  • Drive customer intimacy by tailoring H.B. Fuller's value proposition to meet customer needs and promoting new products
  • Manage time effectively between existing and new business opportunities, providing timely reports and collaborating with stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Familiarity with sales processes and systems, including Salesforce.com
  • Basic knowledge of product range, chemistries, and application processes relevant to the territory
  • Understanding of pricing, margin goals, and business acumen related to sales
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present to individuals and small groups
  • Demonstrated capacity for self-development and adaptability in a dynamic environment
