Job Summary
Acting as a vital link between sales and technical teams, the full-time Sales Engineer will provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, showcase product capabilities to prospective clients, and ensure successful implementations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle, from architecture reviews to deployment and troubleshooting
- Demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of the company's products and services
- Collaborate closely with the product team to influence the product roadmap based on customer insights
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles, specifically in the cybersecurity or data management industry
- Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Deep understanding of data security principles and technologies
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and data security/privacy requirements is an advantage
