Job Summary
Driving technical sales efforts for digital engineering solutions, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will engage with the U.S. Department of Defense and defense industry, conducting product demonstrations and consulting on modern digital engineering workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to identify and capture new business opportunities within the defense sector
- Conduct technical product demonstrations showcasing digital engineering and automation capabilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert during customer engagements, explaining product capabilities and integration approaches
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience selling technical software solutions to the Department of Defense or defense industry
- Experience with digital engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), PLM, or ALM software platforms
- Working knowledge of MBSE concepts and the Cameo Systems Modeler ecosystem
- Understanding of Department of Defense acquisition pathways and familiarity with defense interoperability standards
