Sales Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering closely with Sales Account Teams, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will demonstrate the technical capabilities of the Pantheon platform, translating complex requirements into compelling solutions while contributing to product development and customer onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and technical presentations to communicate technical value and business impact
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and troubleshoot issues within the product
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer teams to influence platform direction and customer experience
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, or supporting modern websites and web applications
- Experience with Drupal, WordPress, and React/Next.js development
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading technical demonstrations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Technical curiosity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
