Job Summary
Working remotely in Sweden, the full-time Senior Sales Engineer, AI will collaborate with the sales team to conduct discovery calls, deliver technical demonstrations, and design tailored solutions for customers in the Nordics region.
Key responsibilities
- Support strategic opportunities and collaborate with the sales team on executing deals throughout the sales cycle
- Create and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations that address customer needs
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including answering technical questions and showcasing product capabilities
Required qualifications
- Experience in consulting, sales engineering, or presales roles within the enterprise software sector, particularly in contact center or automation technologies
- Proficiency in JavaScript programming/scripting; knowledge of Java, Python, or similar languages is a plus
- Familiarity with conversational AI and generative AI technologies, along with contact center technology knowledge
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate audiences
- Fluency in English and Swedish; proficiency in other Nordic languages is advantageous
