Job Summary

Acting as a subject matter expert, the full-time Sales Engineer - Energy will support go-to-market efforts in the Energy (Refined Fuels) vertical by guiding prospects through complex sales cycles, delivering technical expertise, and crafting tailored solution recommendations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead outcome-focused discovery to connect customer needs with measurable business value
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations and collaborate with sales reps to build compelling business cases
  • Create and maintain technical sales materials while supporting sales enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting role with a strong customer-facing component
  • Expertise in Energy (Refined Fuels) and/or DTN products
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to present complex systems clearly
  • Experience delivering demos, technical presentations, or workshops in a sales setting
  • Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, SaaS models, and enterprise workflows is a plus
