Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer, Large Deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the deployment phase, including project planning, milestone definition, and risk mitigation
  • Serve as the main contact for deployment activities, leading project status meetings and aligning resources
  • Analyze implementation trends and develop best practices for improved onboarding experiences
Required Qualifications
  • At least 4+ years of experience in a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with change management best practices for client transitions post-deployment
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Interest in identifying operational inefficiencies and driving organizational change
