Job Summary
Working remotely in the Northeast region, the full-time Sales Engineer I will assist the Global Sales Team with technical inquiries, support technical trials, and create software scripting solutions to convey the value of connected operations technology to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Global Sales Team by monitoring and managing an inbound technical inquiry queue
- Support technical trials and create software scripting solutions to demonstrate product value
- Produce digital content for product learning, adoption, and configuration, while managing internal lab infrastructure
Required qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- Preferred 1+ years of experience in a pre-sales or support role
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems
- Familiarity with cloud software, networking, or automation and control systems
