Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer II to support the Sales Division with technical expertise and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical demonstrations and support to end-users, integrators, and customers
Host training sessions and webinars to educate customers on product features
Assist with customer inquiries, RFPs/RFIs, and attend industry events

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
2-4+ years of programming and/or database experience, or 4-7+ years of relevant experience
Certifications in programming, cloud infrastructure, or networking
Experience with Ignition and familiarity with its modules and architectures
Fluency in English and Spanish
