Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers, the remote Sales Engineer - Minnesota will lead discovery, demo, and Proof of Concept (POC) stages to help prospective customers understand and adopt automation solutions while aligning them with their security and operational goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive technical and business discovery to identify pain points and automation opportunities within security teams
  • Deliver tailored platform demonstrations that connect Blink's automation capabilities to real-world security objectives
  • Lead and execute POCs, guiding customers through use case design and solution validation
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in a Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales role within cybersecurity
  • Hands-on experience in an enterprise security organization or enterprise consulting
  • Strong understanding of security operations, including incident response and GRC workflows
  • Proficiency with APIs, data formats (JSON, YAML), and data manipulation tools
  • Familiarity with major platform types such as SIEM, SOAR, and cloud services
